Order Info:

Please allow a 7-14 day processing and making timeframe from the day you purchase excluding weekends and holidays. (ex: if order is placed on a Wednesday, it will not ship out till the following Friday) Everything is handmade with love which takes a little longer, but is well worth it. We appreciate your support and patience. Since everything is handmade, each piece will be unique and might not look exactly the same as the next. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages after we drop them off to be shipped. Please contact your local USPS postal office for order inquiry. We cannot offer refunds for these items but encourage you to ask your local USPS for compensation. Hours for contact are Monday-Friday 9-5pm. If your order says “shipped” this does not necessarily mean it has but rather is in production and the label has been created. Once the tracking says “In-transit” this means it has shipped. Please email and NOT DM us with any order questions or customer service help.

Return Policy:

Items can be exchanged upon my discretion. No refunds will be available unless damaged or broken upon arrival. We are not responsible for damages to the item while you are wearing it doing everyday activities. Repair is available upon request and will be appraised at that time. We take pride in our customers being able to wear their pieces all the time, however, this does not mean they are indestructible. Jewelry is delicate by nature so handle with care please:)

All rings and bangles are FINAL SALE. Since everything is made to order, we cannot except returns or exchanges for these items since they are special sizes. Once order is placed refunds are not accepted. Thank you for understanding as everything is made-to-order and we are a small business. 

In special cases returns are excepted but a re-stocking fee will apply. (Usually 20% of order price). This offsets the time it took to make the piece that cannot be refunded.
